No. KnowItAlls agents are designed to function more like an interactive FAQ that sounds human, not a scripted keyword trigger-and-response chatbot. Higher tiers go beyond simple answers and support real business interaction, while remaining fully managed.

No technical skills are required. KnowItAlls is a managed service. We handle setup, hosting, configuration, tuning, and updates. Clients never access backend systems or dashboards.
Accuracy depends on the tier selected.
Tier 1 agents provide reliable, programed in topic-based informational responses.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 agents improve accuracy over time through real-world use, chat log review, and refinement.
There is no fixed timeline for tuning. The goal is long-term reliability, not rushed deployment.
Tier 1 agents can often go live the same day.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 agents require initial configuration before launch. The timetable depends on the complexity if your job, but most go live within 3 days of having ALL of the client information.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 include email delivery of chat conversations. Tier 1 agents are information-only and do not deliver transcripts or capture visitor information.
Yes, in Tier 2 and Tier 3. Visitor email capture is optional and configured appropriately for the business. Tier 1 agents do not collect or store visitor data, as they are information only Agents.
Yes. Refinement and adjustments are part of the managed service. Changes are handled based on real usage and business needs, particularly during the accuracy tuning period for Tier 2 and Tier 3. If you need modifications of information, that is always included in with your monthly fee. However major changes in a Tier 3 flow requires reprogramming and comes with addition fee based on time.
No long-term contracts are required. Services are billed monthly for hosting, with one-time setup fee where applicable.
Yes. Business information and documents are used solely to support your agent’s operation. KnowItAlls does not sell or repurpose client data.
Yes. You may cancel at any time. Hosting fees are billed monthly, so cancellation is easy.
