(Tier 2 and Tier 3)
For Tier 2 and Tier 3 agents, we gather the information needed to customize your agent. This typically includes:
Your website URL
General business details (hours of operation and address, etc)
Any documents you would like the agent to reference.
We handle the process of formatting this information. You do not need to prepare data in any specific format.
Once the information is collected, KnowItAlls configures your agent and deploys it to your website.
Tier 1 agents can often go live the same day
Tier 2 and Tier 3 agents require initial configuration before launch
All agents are hosted and managed by KnowItAlls. There is nothing for you to install or maintain.
After deployment, your AI agent becomes available to website visitors. It immediately begins answering questions and interacting based on its assigned role and capabilities.
For Tier 2 and Tier 3, chat conversations can be delivered to your email inbox, allowing you to stay informed without monitoring the system directly.
(Tier 2 and Tier 3)
Following launch, Tier 2 and Tier 3 agents enter an accuracy tuning period. This process is driven by real-world usage rather than a fixed timeline.
During this phase:
You review your logs.
Weak or unclear responses are identified
